Chicken Wrap

Chicken Wrap

Hey there!

I'm excited to share with you my recipe for a delicious and healthy chicken wrap. This is one of my favorite go-to meals, and it's perfect for a quick and easy lunch or dinner.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled or baked
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas

Instructions:

  1. First, cook the chicken. I like to grill or bake my chicken, but you can also use rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken.
  2. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, ranch dressing, and guacamole.
  4. Now it's time to assemble the wraps. Spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
  5. Roll up the tortillas and cut them in half.
  6. That's it! Serve immediately and enjoy.

Here are some tips:

  • You can use any type of cooked chicken for this recipe. I like to use grilled or baked chicken, but you can also use rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken.
  • If you don't have guacamole, you can use another type of creamy dressing, such as sour cream or mayonnaise.
  • You can also add other vegetables to the wrap, such as avocado, onions, or peppers.
  • To make the wraps ahead of time, assemble them and then wrap them tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.

I hope you enjoy this recipe! Let me know if you have any questions.

Cheers!
