📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Shopping-D, your trusted online grocery platform in Laos. We offer fast, convenient delivery services tailored to your location. Please read the following Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.

🚚 Delivery Within Vientiane Capital

For customers located in Vientiane Capital, we offer direct delivery using our in-house team and electric tricycles.

Delivery Schedule:

  • Every day (6 days a week)

  • Delivery Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Delivery Fee:

  • Flat rate: 30,000 Kip

  • Free delivery for orders over 1,000,000 Kip

Special Notes:

  • You can select your preferred delivery date and time during checkout.

  • We use eco-friendly rattan baskets to reduce plastic waste.

📦 Nationwide Delivery (Outside of Vientiane)

We deliver groceries to customers nationwide across Laos using trusted third-party logistics providers with their shipping policies such as:

  • Hal Logistics

  • Anousith Express

  • And other local courier services

⚠️ Important Disclaimer for Nationwide Deliveries

  • For all orders outside Vientiane, Shopping-D is not responsible for delivery performance once the package is handed over to the shipping company with their shipping policies.

  • Any delays, damages, spoilage, or losses that occur during transit are the sole responsibility of the third-party courier.

  • Customers choosing delivery outside of Vientiane accept the risk of using third-party logistics and agree not to hold Shopping-D liable for any delivery issues.

🥬 Packaging & Perishables

  • We carefully pack your groceries for transport, but we cannot guarantee temperature control or gentle handling once the order is out of our hands.

  • Due to the perishable nature of many items (meat, dairy, fresh produce), we do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for products that are damaged, delayed, or spoiled during third-party shipping.

📦 Tracking & Communication

  • We will provide tracking details and/or contact info for the courier handling your order.

  • Customers are responsible for contacting the courier directly to follow up on delivery status or resolve any issues.

🌍 International Orders

We also accept orders from overseas customers who want to send groceries to friends and family in Laos.

Shipping Options:
