Cooking Recipes

  • Butter Cookies:
    • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
    • Cream together 1 cup (2 sticks) of Anchor Unsalted Butter and 1 cup of sugar until light and fluffy.
    • Beat in 2 eggs one at a time, then stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
    • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
